We are a group of full-spectrum & abortion doulas; we support people through their birth, postpartum and abortion experiences and work across the state of Rhode Island. Every doula in RAD is self/independently employed -we do not work for or report back to any organizations outside of insurance- and are committed to providing care in ways that are supportive to you. While we all have different approaches to the work we carry out, we value autonomy, choice within reproductive journeys, and that everyone who seeks care during their abortion should have access to it.

Maya offers prenatal care, labor & delivery support and postpartum support to folks of all genders and family structures. Abortion support has become a central part of my offerings in the last year; I am a founding member of the Rhode Island Abortion Doulas (RAD) collective- check us out!

My practice is trauma informed and driven by consent. ZiZ Care aims to hold people in their wholeness and meet folks where they are at. My approach is one that has been shaped by years as a care-worker as well as a lifetime of living as a queer, trans and disabled person. Thanks for being here!
